1/2 cup of warm water.
2 Tbsp of active dry yeast.
2 Tbsp sugar.
1 package of vanilla instant pudding.
1/2 cup melted butter.
2 eggs.
1 tsp salt.
6 cups of flour. Add more to roll out dough.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together warm water, yeast and sugar.
Set aside.
Make pudding according to instructions.
Add melted butter, eggs and salt.
Gradually add yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour and knead till dough is soft.
Put this in a well greased bowl and let rise till double in size.

Roll dough into rectangle till 1/2 inch thickness.
Spread generous amount of butter on dough.
Mix 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar with 2 tsp of pumpkin spice.
Roll out starting from the widest end.
Cut out in 1 inch pieces and place in greased baking sheet.
Let sit for 20 minutes.

Bake at 350º F for 15-20 minutes.
Spread with cream cheese icing.
