1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF

Cream together butter and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.

Add egg, flour, salt, milk and vanilla and mix.

Lastly add baking powder and mix.

Fold in blueberries.

Pile mixture high into mini cupcake lined pan.

If desired you may sprinkle the tops with a bit of sugar before baking to give a crispy top.

Bake in oven for 12-13 minutes for mini muffins, bake for 25-30 minutes for large muffins.
