4 pepper cases (boiled until tender)

Sauté:
2 T. Butter
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 T. Onions
Add:
1 c. Hot cooked rice
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter with meat and onions. Add spices. Add hot rice and eggs. Mix. Fill pepper cases. Arrange in small baking dish. Cover with one can of tomato soup mixed with 3 T. Water. Bake at 350 º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
