1 part onion salt
1 part garlic salt
1 part celery salt
2 part ground pepper

In a large bowl using a slotted spoon, mix ingredients well. Using the containers they came in fill with mixture.

We use this for our recipes whenever salt and pepper are called for. I shop around for good buys on the ingredients and can usually find for about $1.00 per part (circa 2012).
