1 - 3 Racks of pork ribs (whatever style you like, I usually mix it up a little:)
Cajun seasoning
"Grill Mates" Applewood Rub
"Grill Mates" Brown Sugar Bourbon seasoning
cayenne pepper
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce or your favorite

Directions:
Directions:
Generously sprinkle all seasonings on both sides of ribs. Rub seasonings into ribs and wrap tightly in foil. Place on cookie sheets and bake for 3 hours at 325º. Remove from oven and slather with BBQ sauce. Grill on charcoal or gas grill until desired doneness!!!

If you can't find these particular brands, use whatever you like. These are the best!!! I am a little piggy when I eat these (no pun intended it's just the cold hard truth:)!!!! So save up those calories and get your BBQ on!!!! YUMMY!!!!
