1 T almond flavoring
1 pound of coconut
3/4 c real mashed potatoes
1 lb of powdered sugar

Coating
2 T karo syrup
2 T butter
3 T Water
1/2 bar of paraffin
1 12oz bag of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Almond flavoring, coconut, mashed potatoes and powdered sugar. Refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour. Roll into balls. In a double boiler on low to medium heat combine karo syrup, butter, water, paraffin and chocolate chips stir frequently until thoroughly melted. Using a spoon place centers in chocolate cover completely and place on wax paper to cool. Place in an airtight container and store in refrigerate.

Fresh mashed potatoes are best but left over mashed
