1 c Butter or Margarine, softened
6 eggs
2 2/3 c sugar
3 c flour
¼ t baking soda
½ t salt
1 c sour cream
½ t lemon extract
½ t orange extract
½ t vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter and eggs to room temperature. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan or two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add the sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at the time, beating about 1 minute after each one, scrape bowl frequently, guiding mixture toward beaters. B eat 2 minutes more. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beating well after each addition. Add lemon, orange & vanilla extracts. Beat just until thoroughly blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in pre- heated 350F oven for 1 ¼ - 1 ½ hrs. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and dry. Cool
cake in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar if desired or mix confectionary sugar with lemon juice and water to thick consistency and drizzle over cake. Makes 12-16 servings
