Whole Chicken
Nacho Cheese Doritos
Chili Powder, Salt, and Pepper, to Taste
1 c. Chopped Onion
1 c. Grated Cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 - 8 oz. can Rotel
1 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Boil chicken until cooked. Debone and cut meat into bite sized pieces. Make a layer of Doritos in the bottom of a 9"x13" greased baking pan. Cover with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with chili powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle onions to make next layer. Reserving a small amount for topping, sprinkle cheese to make the next layer. Combine soup and rotel in the blender and mix well. Pour over layers. Pour milk around edges of the pan. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
