3 eggs
1/3 c sugar
2 oz Amaretto
2 - 8oz Cream Cheese
8 oz of strong Coffee
Lady fingers
2 T Cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brew extra strong coffee and set aside.
Separate the egg yokes. Put them in a bowl, add sugar and half of the Amaretto. Blend well. Add the cream cheese and blend well. Set aside.
Pour coffee into a different bowl and add the rest of the Amaretto.
Quickly dip the Ladyfingers into the Coffee mixture, and place them into an 8 x 8 pan until the bottom is covered. Layer half the cream cheese mixture, then 1 more layer of the dipped Ladyfingers and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Now sprinkle the cocoa powder on top. Cover with saran wrap and
put into the fridge. Serve cold. Enjoy!!
