1 cup water
1 1/2 sq butter
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs beaten
1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, butter and raisins to a boil for 5 mins. Let cool, sift together dry ingredients into bowl add eggs and raisin mixture stir. Add chocolate chips and bake in preheated oven at 350º 12-13 mins.

If raisin mixture is not completely cooled it will melt your chocolate chips.
