Strawberry Bunny Cake:
1 box white cake mix, sifted
1 box regular strawberry jello - not sugar free
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup crushed fresh or frozen strawberries (if using fresh strawberries wash, chop, and then crush and also add a little sugar to make 1 3/4 cup)

Icing:
4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Or you can substitute store bought cream cheese frosting.

For the cake:
Mix sifted cake mix, jello, oil and water. Add in eggs and strawberries and mix well.
Put in two round cake pans
Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes

For the icing:
In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract

How to make the bunny:
Use first round cake to make face, use second cake pan to make 2 ears and bowtie. Picture is above on how to cut the ears and bowtie.
Place cake on large cookie sheet as shown. Frost entire cake and then decorate with jelly beans or gum drops for eyes/nose/ears/mouth and bowtie. Use red or black thin licorice or gel icing to make whiskers. You can be as creative as you want. You can also add coconut to the icing before adding the jelly beans to make look like fur. Mix a little cool whip with a small amount of green food coloring mixed with coconut around the bunny to make look like grass and sprinkle some jelly beans in the grass.
