Susie's directions for Quick Crisp Sugar Cookies:
Mix dry ingredients. Add rest, blend well about 2 minutes. Wrap dough in waxed paper and chill 2 hours or roll out at once if preferred. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured board. Cut with a cookie cutter dipped in flour. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425º for about 10 minutes.

Rose's directions:
Cream together sugar, vanilla, milk, and butter. Add eggs and beat. Add all dry ingredients. Work into smooth dough ball by dumping mixture onto a well floured table. Divide into two smooth balls. Roll out to 1/8" thickness. Sprinkle with sugar if not going to frost. Bake at 375º for 6-8 minutes. Time varies on thickness of cookie. Refrigerator dough is easier to work with. Best if not overbaked and an air bake cookie sheet is a must.
