1/4 c. white wine
1 T. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can beef broth
1 T. catsup
1 t. mustard
1 T. instant onion
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. water
1 beef roast, flank steak... your favorite cut
Directions:

Place roast in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Cook on high until tender.
