1 small can evaporated milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1 T. prepared mustard
3/4 t. seasoning (accent or other)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated velvetta cheese (save one cup for top)
1 loaf French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions, drain then add the remaining ingredients; except for 1 cup of cheese and French bread. Heat in frying pan until cheese melts, mix well. Split French bread loaf in half, then place mixture on top of bread. Wrap individually in foil and oven bake at 350º for 15 mins. Open foil and garnish top with remaining cheese and bake for 5 mins. longer.
