2 lbs. fresh ground pork
21/2 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
3 eggs

Sauce for ham balls:
2 c. tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
21/4 c. brown sugar
2 t. dry mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground ham, pork and beef together good then add eggs, milk and graham cracker crumbs; mix all together good. Use a 1/3 or 1/4 measuring cup for sizing to make the balls. Place balls in a shallow pan and baste with the sauce. Bake 1 hr. at 350º.

The balls and sauce can be frozen for use later if desired. First place balls on cookie sheet and freeze, then place in freezer bags. I like to bake the frozen balls at 250 deg., then reduce to 200 deg. once they start cooking for 2/12-3 hrs.
