1 lb. Ground Beef 80/20
1 Onion, finely chopped (or use Onion Powder if desired)
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground Cumin
2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 C. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, Add onion, garlic cloves, cumin, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper; cook 1 minute. Stir in ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and water. Simmer on low until thick, about 1 hour.
Serve on your favorite buns.
You can also substitute 1 to 1-1/2 C. of your favorite BBQ sauce for the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and water.
