3 T. Butter
3 T. Chopped onions
3 T. Flour
1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz.)
1 c. Milk
1/2 lb (8 oz.) velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on medium high heat. Add onion, cook 5 mins stirring frequently. Whisk in flour, add broth and milk and cook on medium heat 2 mins or until heated through. Add velveeta and broccoli, cook and stir 5 mins until velveeta is melted and broccoli is heated through.
