1 package chocolate cake mix, pudding in mix
1 cup Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 cup of water
3 eggs

Directions:
Grease and flour two 9 in. layer cake pans. In a large bowl use mixer at low speed to blend all ingredients 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake @ 350º for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
