1 cup flour
2 medium eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs into bowl, add flour and salt. Knead into a firm ball. Place ball of dough into a clean bowl and cover with a dish towel. Let dough sit for about 15 minutes, then knead again for a few mor minutes. Roll out on lightly floured board to desired thickness.

Flour dough lightly, roll as you would a jelly roll. Cut noodles with a sharp knife. Separate noodles carefully and place on floured towel to dry.
