1 lb. velvetta cheese
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can green chilies (chopped)
1 T. pimento (chopped)
3 C. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Let velvetta soften at room temperature. Roll flat on foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top cheese with cream cheese (spread out), chilies, then pimentos. Roll into a log and then roll into nuts. Refrigerate over night and then serve with crackers.

Received recipe at the OG+E Christmas party in 1992. It is delicious and looks very festive with the green and red inside.
