Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
2 T vinegar
1/2 C nuts
1/2 C raisins (flour nuts and raisins with a teaspoon of flour to prevent
sticking together)
1/4 t cinnamon (original recipe called for 1/3 t so I just round the top)
1/4 t allspice (same as cinnamon)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened butter with sugar till fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in nuts and raisins by hand. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes. Shorten baking time to approximately 20 minutes if making tartlets instead of whole pie.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This pie is a very tasty version of a mince...the vinegar cuts the too-sweet teeth-jarring taste of the usual pecan filling. Most of the time now I make tartlets with this and my mother's pineapple coconut chess filling rather than whole pies.
