1/2 C. Butter, melted
3 large Egg whites
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
4 C. Pecan halves (you can use Whole Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews or Peanuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Pour butter onto lined sheet.
In a large bowl, mix the egg whites, sugar and cinnamon together. Add the pecan halves and toss until they are fully coated. Spread the pecans onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring the pecans every 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before serving.
