12 dried apricots chopped
1/2 cup apricot jam
1 chopped onion
1 t cinnamon
1 T chopped fresh rosemary (or dried)
2 t Tabasco or other hot sauce
Black pepper
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 T cider vinegar
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chopped apricots in a large bowl. Stir in vinegar and apricot jam and remaking ingredients. Place chicken in baking dish and spoon mixture over chicken. Bake on 350 for an hour or until done.
