one pre-made pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. corn syrup
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Roll out pie crust and press into a 9" pie pan. In a medium bowl, slightly beat the eggs. Add the corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt. Blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into the pie shell. To prevent over-browning, cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, then bake for an additional 10 - 15 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool completely and serve.
