1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
5 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (1 bag)
1 1/2 cups Skor chocolate bars, chopped (6 bars)

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating until smooth.
2. Add bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
4. Add to creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream, mixing lightly after each addition until smooth.
5. Spread half the batter in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with half the of the chips and half of the Skor bits.
6. Repeat the layers with remaining batter, chips, and Skor bits.

Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Cover with foil during cooking if the top becomes too brown (I've never done this)

P.S. Always make sure you use a 9x13 pan as the metric equivalent to this is too small and you will have cake all over the bottom of the oven !!!!
