1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 stick butter -melted
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 cup pecans

2 sticks butter - melted
4 eggs - beaten
1 cup pecans

4 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and brown sugar in a medium size bowl. Beat eggs in separate fowl and add to flour. Stir well. Add butter and pecans and stir well. Put in mini muffin pans sprayed with Bakers Joy. Bake at 350º until done.
