Dry rub
Oil
Salt
Ground Black pepper
Cinnamon
Smoke Paprika
Steak

Steak Dipping Sauce

Sour Cream (250 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro
Lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover steak lightly with oil.
2. Sprinkle generously with salt, ground pepper and smoke paprika.
3. Apply small amount of cinnamon and rub all over steak.
4. Heat cast iron skillet with oil.
5. Test temperature by touching steak to skillet. If it sizzles, the steak can be placed in.
6. Sear both sides, approx 2-3 minutes a time for a total of 10 minutes (for medium-rare).

For dipping sauce, while steak is cooking, chop fresh cilantro and mix in sour cream. Add lime juice to taste and salt and pepper.
