1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 bay leaf
1 whole garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 cans (15oz) whole beets and juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan add vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, garlic and celery salt. Bring to a boil. Pour two cans of beets and juice into a large container. Add peeled hardboiled eggs and vinegar mixture. Let sit for a few days in the refrigerator.
