1 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. butter (soft but not melted)
1 egg
1 C. sour milk (or 1 C. milk plus 1 T. vinegar)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 C. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups rhubarb. Pour into 9x13 glass buttered pan. Sprinkle top with 1/4 C. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes.
