1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 can black beans, drained
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups frozen corn
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas
2 cups grated cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
olives, slice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain. Stir in salsa, beans, dressing, sour cream, taco seasoning, and corn. Spoon a layer of meat into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place 1-2 tortillas on top. Repeat layers, twice more. Cover dish and bake 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and top with tomato, cilantro and olives.
