2 lbs fresh salmon
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp granulated sugar
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine salt, sugar, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Sprinkle over salmon. Then spread thin layer of mayo over fish. Top with slices of lemon.

3. Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 mins. Remove foil and broil an extra 3 mins or so to get a nice golden crust on top.
