1 # ground beef
1 # ground pork (no seasoning)
1 C oatmeal
1/3 C ketchup
1 egg, beaten
dry onion soup mix, 1 packet
1/2 C water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place in a greased meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/4 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Use a meatloaf pan with holes in the bottom nestled in another pan.
