1 whole chicken
1 qt. chicken broth
1 (12 oz) pkg spaghetti
1 T butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can mushroom, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 # grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C sherry
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken, cool and remove meat, cube. Cook spaghetti in broth until tender. Sauté onion and pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together leaving enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Turn into a greased casserole. Bake in a 350 oven about 30 minutes.
