1 cup butter - softened
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1/ tsp. salt
3/4 cup coarse nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together, add vanilla, flour and salt and mix well.
Stir in nuts

Mix together and chill. Roll into 1" balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes

Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
Cool and roll again in the powdered sugar.
