1 yellow cake mix
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 cups cream
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare yellow cake mix as directed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread 4 cups of rhubarb on top of the cake mix.
Sprinkle sugar on top of rhubarb followed by the cream.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
