Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 pound pork tenderloin (there are usually 2 small loins in each pack)
4 strips of bacon
1/2 C. soy sauce
3 T. grated onion
2 T. cider vinegar
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. sugar
3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloins side by side in large roasting pan. Wrap bacon pieces around both, tucking ends under loins. Combine soy sauce, onion, vinegar, pepper, sugar, and garlic; pour over top. Bake at 350º for approx. 2 hours. Baste often with juice during cooking. Can be marinated several hours or cooked immediately.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Be sure and don't use the small seasoned loins in the meat section. Use the larger pack with two loins or you will need to cut the sauce in half. This turns out VERY pretty and is great for company.
