60 caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
4 T. butter
1 German Chocolate Cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels, evaporated milk and butter, cooking over low heat until smooth. Mix together cake mix, butter, evaporated milk and nuts. Spread half in 9X13 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350º. Let set a few minutes and sprinkle chocolate chips. Pour caramel over chips then cover with the rest of the cake mix. Bake 18 minutes. Can be frosted with Hershey candy bars.
