2 10 oz pkgs spinach, rinsed & torn into bite sized pieces
2 - 3 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1/2 c canola oil
1/4 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach & strawberries. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Just before serving, pour over the spinach and strawberries and toss. Top with walnuts or any nuts if desired.
