9 each, green and red peppers
10 medium carrots
2 medium cabbages
1/2 c salt
6 c vinegar
4 c sugar
2 T mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grind or chop peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Mix together and add salt. Let stand 3 hours then drain.

Mix together vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, and celery seed. Pour over mixture and let stand overnight. Pack in jars and store in refrigerator.
