1 - 14 oz can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. orange or lime jello
4 oz. cream cheese
1 whipped cream - 1/2 cup cream (or cool whip)
1 grated carrot
Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup and heat to boiling. Add boiling liquid to jello and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and cool. Stir a few times. Fix dream whip or whipped cream and add it along with the pineapple and carrot to jello mixture. Let set in fridge.
