2 eggs separated
1 Tbs corn starch
1 cup sour cream
½ cup raisins
½ cup sugar
Dash of salt
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp cream of tarter
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Add sour cream, raisins, sugar and salt. Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with Mix together in double boiler, 2 egg yolks and corn starch, stir till thick. meringue made with 2 egg whites, beat real good add ¼ cup sugar and ¼ tsp cream of tarter – beat until stiff. Put on top of pie and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until golden.
