1 C. Celery
1 C. Onions finely diced
2 C. potatoes finely diced
2-6 1/2 oz cans of minced or baby clams
3/4 C. butter
3/4 C. flour
1 qt. 1/2 and 1/2
1 1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper as desied
2 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from clams and pour over vegetables in a small sauce pan. Add enough water to cover. Cook until tender. In meantime melt butter, add flour, blend cook stirring constantly. Add cream, cook until smooth and thick, add undrained vegetables, clams, and vinegar. Heat through, season with salt and pepper to taste.
