1 cup vegetable or olive oil
¾ cup sugar
½ cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 lb (10 cups) salad greens or spinach
1 pint strawberries rinsed and sliced
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
½ cup toasted walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 7 ingredients, and shake well.
Right before serving, combine greens, strawberries, cheese and walnuts. Shake dressing again and pour over greens and toss.
