1 ¼ lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
14 cup chopped green pepper
8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz can green beans drained
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
In large pan, brown beef with onion and green pepper. Drain fat, stir in tomato sauce, beans, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent dough into pieces and place in ungreased 9” pie plate. Press over bottom and up side to form crust. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese, spread over crust. Spread hot meat mixture into crust and sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake 20 – 25 minutes at 375 degrees. For easier serving let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
