4 peppers (green, but it’s really good with red, yellow or orange too)
1 lbs ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
¼ cupped chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 – 8 oz cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onion salt, pepper and ½ can tomato sauce. Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce over peppers. Cover tightly and bake 1 ¼ hour at 350 degrees or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
