Ingredients:  
1 cup very fine bread crumbs
2/3 cup dry grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp minced parsley
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp paprika
4 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs (may use breasts, but I prefer thighs)
½ cup melted butter
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, & paprika. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Sprinkle generously with lemon juice and refrigerate for at least ½ hour.
Bake at 350 for 45 min – 1 hour in shallow uncovered pan. Do not turn.
