Ingredients:  
3 lbs ground beef
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups oats
2 eggs
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
½ cup chopped onion
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate to chill.

Prepare meat balls (1 ½ inch round) Do not fry meatballs!
Put in large casserole, may take 2

Prepare sauce:
2 cups catsup,
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup chopped onion
2 tsp liquid smoke
½ tsp garlic powder

Mix well and heat in sauce pan, bring to a boil, then pour over meatballs. ( I usually make 1 ½ recipe of the sauce.
Bake at 350, uncovered for 1 hour or until done. Freezes well.
