Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking soda
½ cup Crisco 1 tsp salt
2 eggs 4 bananas
2 cups flour 1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, Crisco and eggs. Add mashed bananas then salt, soda and flour, stir in nuts. Bake in 1 large or 2 small loaf pans at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.

A fun story....When Logan was at UW Madison, He had a debate with a friend over whose's mom's banana bread was best. I sent some of this back with him and it won hands down!!!
