2 cups low fat milk
3 oz low fat cream cheese
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp butter, or margarine
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, blend milk, cream cheese, flour, and salt until smooth; set aside. IN a large saucepan, melt the butter on med-high heat and add garlic. Saute for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add the milk mixture to the pan. Stir constantly for 3-4 minutes or until it just comes to a simmer. Keep stirring and let it cook for 6-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Whisk the cheese into the sauce and cover the pan. Allow the sauce to stand for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
