Cake Ingredients:
1 package chocolate or Devil's Food cake mix
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa powder (for dusting)

Cranberry Filling Ingredients:
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. soft cream cheese
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease two 15x10x1 sheet cake pans and line with waxed paper.

Grease tops of waxed paper.

Beat cake ingredients together at medium speed for 3 minutes.

Spread batter in lined pans and bake for 15 minutes.

Dust cake with cocoa powder and turn out cake on a clean cloth. Remove waxed paper and roll up into 10 inch log.

Cream all cranberry filling ingredients together.

Unroll cakes and spread each with filling mixture. Re-roll gently.

Serve with whipped cream topping.
